Fees are billed based on the time spent on the case (meetings, document review, legal research, drafting of legal documents, hearings, etc.)

Billing is based on an hourly rate of €220 excluding VAT

(VAT at 20% rate)

A flat fee may be applied, with some exceptions, only for specific tasks such as drafting contracts, clauses, or document analysis.
